Choose any animal in PebbleGo. Listen to each chapter slowly and take notes on your note sheet. First write the name of the animal at the top, then check off if your animal is a mammal, bird, reptile or fish, and if it has 0, 2 or 4 legs and if it lives on land, in a hole, by the water or in a tree and if it eats animals, plants, insects, birds, fish and if it has live babies or lays eggs and add a part of its body you learned about - words or a picture or both.
There are two Little Red Hen "read to me" stories in Epic Books. One is a classic tale called The Little Red Hen by Heather Forest and one is called Manana Iguana by Ann Whitford Paul. To continue what we started in school, go to Epic books, "Read to Me" and search Little Red Hen. Then read/hear these two stories and compare them. Tell someone at home the differences in the stories and what is the same.
